THE KAHFE PROJECT
Experience the Heart and Soul of Vietnamese Farmer-Made Coffee
We would like to introduce you to these remarkable farmers
They have faith in their land, their people, and their expertise to cultivate high-quality organic coffee beans that can transform their lives.

K’Cham - Lam Đong
With little but determination, K’Chăm turned low-quality coffee into hope. She founded Yu M’nang to lift her village out of hardship - bean by bean. Today, her cooperative sustains both land and livelihoods. Her children grow up among coffee trees, learning not just how to brew, but how to think, to dream.

Binh - Son La
Binh put her wedding on hold to grow something bigger - an organic coffee farm rooted in care and vision. As the heart of Ara-tay, she helps Thai women in her province see the worth in every bean. Her days are filled with soil, sunlight, and purpose. Her evenings, with her fiancé, are quiet - shared over cups they’ve both fought to perfect.

Anh Pha - Đien Bien
Every morning, Anh Pha walks among her trees, tending to them like children - gently, patiently, without fail. On her small farm in Điện Biên, coffee grows through care, not haste. Her quiet hands shape both the land and the lives around her, including the little ones who watch, learn, and grow beside her.
They have traveled far. And we are here to lend a helping hand
Despite continued effort, our farmers are still facing a multitude of challenges, including climate change, water shortages, price fluctuations, and complexities in the value chain. While they possess the skills to produce high-quality coffee beans, many struggle to access market information and negotiate fair prices, preventing them from receiving equitable compensation for their products. The presence of numerous intermediaries significantly impacts their ability to improve their economic situation.
Additionally, with recent changes in the global market, farmers are encountering an increasingly difficult year in their efforts to achieve a minimum decent living.
The Kahfe Project is more than a drink

It is great Vietnamese coffee. With an honest price
We partner directly with local farmers to uphold quality from farm to roast, crafting each batch for bold, honest flavor. Every box celebrates the spirit of Vietnam: resilient, skillful, and proudly homegrown. We are transparent about our beans and our pricing. You are paying for the quality of your coffee and the people who grow it, rather than the brand or intermediaries.

It delivers the recognition and reward our farmers deserve.
We believe great coffee should come with fair pay. By connecting you directly to farmers, we help them earn more from every box. This empowers them to secure a steady income for their families and reinvest in their farms, preserving the vitality of these small organic coffee farms in Vietnam.

It is celebrating a vibrant coffee culture that has long been undervalued.
Taste Atlas has ranked our 'Cà phê sữa đá' as the second-best coffee drink in the world. Our robusta coffee is bold, earthy, and nutty, making it an excellent choice for an energizing morning boost. Contrary to the common belief that Vietnamese coffee is of low quality, many farmers, including ours, are dedicated to enhancing its quality and taste, providing a remarkably diverse range of flavor profiles.

It is a tribute to our Land.
Our farmers treat the land with the same care they give their coffee - because to them, it’s all connected. They use organic compost, protect native forests, and grow under shade trees to keep the ecosystem in balance. By farming this way, they’re not just growing coffee; they’re restoring the land they call home.

Crafted With Patience And Pride
-
-
Growing
Coffee trees are grown using organic processes without the use of harmful chemicals such as pesticides, chemical fertilizers, and preservatives.
-
-
Picking
The unevenly ripened coffee berries will be picked by skilled hands, allowing the green ones to continue growing. Each coffee tree will be harvested 3-4 times to obtain the best berries.
-
-
Drying
After being cleaned, the coffee beans are sun-dried on mesh racks, spread in thin layers of 3-4 cm, with temperature controlled in a greenhouse.
-
-
Roasting
Green coffee beans are then roasted and undergo a strict quality control process by our Q-Grader.
